These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of seoleadradar.com and related services (the "Services"), operated by ICE MADE LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

The Services

seoleadradar provides intent-based lead intelligence for web design, web studio, and SEO agencies. We identify businesses showing technical buying signals and provide related contact information and briefs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business use.

Acceptable use

  • Use leads and data only for lawful B2B outreach, in compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
  • Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape the Services or their data.

Your responsibility for outreach

You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for complying with all laws applicable to your outreach. We provide data and tools; we do not send messages on your behalf.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all content and branding, are owned by ICE MADE LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended.

Third-party services

Scheduling is provided through Cal.com and hosting through Vercel. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, response rates, or results. Data is provided to the best of our ability but is not warranted to be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICE MADE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ICE MADE LLC harmless from claims arising out of your outreach, your use of the data, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
